Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ComplianceGalatia Web Services, Inc. provides Information Technology consulting services to other businesses, including financial institutions. All information to which our company has access that is subject to Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) will be handled by us according to the rules set forth by the GLBA as follows: Galatia Web Services, Inc. may have access to certain nonpublic personal information about financial institution customers in the course of providing consulting services. This information may include completed loan applications or other completed forms, information provided by credit reporting agencies, information obtained from the financial institution's files, or information provided by lenders or loan brokers. We do not collect such information ourselves, and do not use such information except in the course of our consulting work in behalf of the financial institution. Galatia Web Services, Inc. does not share nonpublic personal information about financial institution customers with any nonaffiliated third party without specific instructions from the financial institution to do so, and otherwise limits access to such information to those employees and contractors who have a specific need to know in order to maintain information systems, data integrity, and data security for the financial institution, as authorized by the financial institution. All such information is treated as confidential. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard customers' nonpublic personal information. |
