Client description: The Mortgage Mart is a web-based one-stop shop for a home loan — from learning about the process to applying on-line.

Project description: Processing information for residential loans can be a complex, multi-phased and costly procedure. Working with Mortgage Mart, Galatia helped to automate the loan application process for its lending partner, Irwin Financial Mortgage, by developing on-line forms and by creating scripts to integrate web-generated information into a back end database. Galatia also created applications, which helped Irwin administrators understand who was visiting the site, what they wanted to know, and how they responded to the on-line application.

In addition, Galatia created a web-driven work flow application that allows loan processors to manage the approval process. The system allows multiple staff to operate on a transaction while management remains updated on its status.
